We use information to respond to enquiries, match consumers with suitable tradespeople, verify member credentials, operate member accounts, monitor service quality, prevent misuse, and send relevant service updates where permitted.
Sharing Information
Job details may be shared with matched tradespeople so they can quote for the work. Verification evidence may be checked with relevant issuers or bodies where appropriate. We do not sell personal information.
